As a new physician, 15th February, 2016 was a memorable day for me. I had the chance to perform a noble work for the marginalized children as a part of the Health for Education pilot project of Agami. It was a regular health checkup at PSD (Program for Sustainable Development) Pearabag School. The program schedule was at 10.00 AM and my target patients were the children of Classes IV and V.
On January 28, 2017 (Saturday), a four-member team from Agami Education Foundation (AEF) visited Sohag Swapnadhara Pathshala. Nafisa Khanam, Tazkera Khanom, Zafar Hossain, and Mun Ta Ha comprised this monitoring team.
The introductory class of Health Education Course was held on 16th February, 2017 at PSD School at Mogbazar in Dhaka. Finance director Dr. Tazkera Khanom and program director Shibnath Sarker of Agami Education Foundation inaugurated the pilot project on Health Education Course.
On February 6, 2017, vice president of Agami Inc. (USA) Dilruba Chowdhury organized a day-long offsite workshop at Diabari in Uttara, Dhaka with multiple sessions/meetings. Executive committee (EC) members of Agami Education Foundation (AEF), staffs and interns were invited to participate.
