2020 Head Teachers' Conference

The Teachers' Training (TT) team organized Head Teachers' Conference on November 3rd, 2020 to get status updates of the education curriculum, students' attendance, future planning, challenges, strengths, and needs.

Since 2016 the TT team has been working relentlessly to host training events. Nine residential training programs were held before the pandemic and an additional 9 training sessions were held during the pandemic.

The TT team also shares government documents, guidelines, syllabuses, and videos with the head teachers, encouraging them to join Shikkhok Batayon, Muktopath and other teachers' portals for more resources. Not only does Agami’s team share valuable online classes to the teachers, but the teachers also share student success stories with Agami.

The TT team assisted with the distribution of 33 smartphones, 2 new laptops, and 3 used laptops to give teachers the ability to attend online training classes and to create digital content. The 2 new laptops were given to Chatpara Ideal Academy and Aalok Shikkhaloy. Chatpara Ideal Academy was also given a projector with accessories to promote their science initiatives.

The budget managed by the TT team will support the cost of mobile data to all teachers and students for attending online sessions. All of this work would not be possible without the dedication of Nusrat Tuli and Israt Sharmin.
