Wings to Fly!
Once again Agami righteously continued the wheel of health with its numerous screening activities. With the tremendous humanitarian hand of group of doctors, Agami implanted the health care to the door step of schools. We must acknowledge the management team and the board of finance for finding scope in such stringent budget. Four schools situated in Dhaka namely Alok Shikkaloy, PSD Pearabag, PSD Nandipara and Shohang Shapnadhara in year 2019 underwent a total of 9 health camps. The students were introduced to unique health cards. Isn’t it amazing that the deprived students are realizing from their baby steps about the importance of health and hygiene!
With donations from different philanthropic contingent, we managed to share health cards and free medicine in these schools. Average cost in each screening was approximately BDT 2533 with a total about BDT 22800. Last year the total costing, covering the camps and the necessary measures, is roughly in the table below:

Since AEF is expanding its services to secondary classes, we kept the crucial female health and hygiene on note. Our vision 2020 expects to broaden our services to free distribution of sanitary napkin to female students. Marking the taboo and conservative nature of citizens here, our plan is to accommodate female doctors to talk about female health safety and hygiene.
Our powerful health education with poster presentation depicting different health hygiene challenges and how to overcome them is one of the notables. Though we may sound ambitious, we are planning to ensure dental care to students’ majority of who suffer from dental cares and other dental issues due to poor maintenance. As we bolstered your every single donation counts, the benevolence is on the mark with our capacity and beyond. This year we are planning to expand our health screening beyond Dhaka. The service will burgeon in every school and every student will come out scintillating if the budget is available.
