Implementing Neon CRM

In the 17-year journey to support underprivileged kids education, Agami used multiple different tools to track and manage its activities and realized the need for a single platform to manage all the activities and transactional data to build an effective database for a growing organization. At the end of 2018, Agami researched different tools and selected NeonCRM in June 2019.

After finalizing the NeonCRM platform, Agami's technical team started to work methodically in a phased approach to merge data from existing tools and build a centralized database. The stepped approach allowed transparent migration without affecting any downtime on existing workflows.

During the first phase the team imported all financial records from the calendar year 2019, including membership and sponsorship records, by creating different campaigns for different chapters and units to keep separate tracking for activities. In January 2020, we also applied NeonCRM to merge MailChimp data from our 2019 year-end fundraising (YEFR-2019) e-campaign in the US. Using NeonCRM, now we can track our e-campaign activities and communicate in a timely manner. In February 2020, we generated all of the 2019 tax receipts for our US donors by using NeonCRM. One of the benefits of using NeonCRM platform is that it takes only couple of minutes to update any existing records and can generate updated receipts for any given case or donor. We can track the dates of any transactions from the auto-recorded timestamps from any of the applied process steps to each of the unique members, donors, and sponsors.
